Delivery Policy

Once we have received your order, we will always endeavour to process and dispatch to you as soon as we can. Please note that there are times where we may extend the order processing period, but only if unavoidable due to our limited manufacturing capacity and busy holiday periods. If your order is effected in this way, you will receive a notification email. At all times, we really appreciate your patience, and your decision to purchase from us.

Once you order is ready for dispatch, it will be securely packaged to guard against damage whilst in transit. You will also receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery is charged at cost, and varies relative to package weight. Your order will be delivered within the United Kingdom and internationally by Royal Mail. We offer next day deliveries (Royal Mail 24hr tracked), Royal Mail 1st Class (1 - 3 days) and Royal Mail 2nd Class (2 -5 days).

We offer Free domestic shipping on all orders over £70. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class to ensure your products are safe and secure.

All orders placed before 11am will be shipped on the same day.

We also offer international deliveries fully tracked with online confirmation of delivery and non-tracked. Available to over 50 destinations through Royal Mail. 

Delays may occur during busy periods, particularly in the weeks preceding Christmas. For larger orders we may use a Parcelforce tracked service. We reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements in order to ensure you receive your parcel on time. We will ensure that we keep you informed at all times.
