Damage and Loss
Items which have been damaged during delivery will be replaced as soon as you report it. Please note that we may require evidence of damage prior to replacement.
In our experience with Royal Mail, breakages and lost packages occur infrequently. However, rarely they do still happen. We ask that you report these breakages to us as a matter of urgency, to allow us to pursue a claim with our carrier.
If you require further assistance or information regarding your order or you are displeased with the item you have ordered, please contact us using our online chat box. We are always on hand to help. Alternatively you can send an email to info@nasua.co.uk.
Where we cannot resolve the issue with your order, we will ask you to return your item directly to us in its original condition and we will refund your account immediately.
Please note that some refunds may take up to 21 business days depending on your financial provider.
